Under Floor Ceiling

The ground floor of the building has an under floor duct system, which eliminates the need of power poles in the open office areas. The second and third floors of the building make use of under floor core-drill, which allows cabling to be installed where needed.

Main Electric Power Service

Service is from a utility transformer at 480/277 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire.  The main distribution panel is a 1200 amp with 400 kva steps down transformer to 120/208 colt, 3 phase, 4 wire.

Watts per Square Foot

The service provided to the two-story is 244 kva, which involves 12 watts per square foot.  The service provided to the three-story is 696 kva, which involves 16 watts per square foot.

 Heating Units for the Two-Story

There are two Trane units on the roof for the lower floor that are heating and air-conditioning systems with a total of 25 tons.  There are two Trane units on the roof for the upper floor that are heating and air-conditioning systems with a total of 31 tons.

Heating Units for the Three-Story

There is one Trane unit on the roof for each of the three floors that are heating and air-conditioning systems, which have motorized outside air dampers to control fresh air to the system.

Ductwork for the Two-Story

The ductwork consists of a complete supply system with plenum return.   The air registers are adjustable.

Ductwork for the Three-Story

The ductwork consists of a complete supply and return system.  The systems have variable air volume boxed and re-heat coils fed from the boiler.  The air registers are adjustable.
