Finn Tube Radiant Heat

The entire perimeter of the building at all windows has finn tube radiant heat fed from the boiler.  This makes the entire office environment comfortable as the windows are flooded with heat.

Temperature Controls for the Three-Story

This system is controlled by Trane tracer controls. There are temperature sensors throughout the office that report back to the control panel.  This panel can run remotely within the facility or from an off-site computer with a temperature mode, which saves on sending a serviceman to adjust temperature.

Windows & Sun Control

The perimeter walls have a generous amount of energy saving windows.  The windows are double glazed tinted glass.  The window frames are bronze aluminum with a thermally broken feature. The conference room on the second level has a full height wall of glass.

Aluminum shades are located at various locations that have the ability to adjust the amount of sunlight.

Stairway Access

Both the two-story and the three-story sections have two stairways, each offering close and easy access in and out of the building.  

Elevator Access

The building is serviced by two electronically controlled passenger elevators that offer expeditious access from floor to floor and to all egress doors.

Accommodation for the Physically Disabled

The Wolverine Building provides “reasonable accommodations” to qualified individuals with disabilities, in accordance with ADA and applicable laws.
